We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from other companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Another plumbing company told us we needed a cleanout installed 100 feet away and quoted $5,000. We called Jetters & Drains for a second opinion, and Daniel called back right away. He answered all my questions and came out to check the issue at no cost and with no obligation. He even brought the jetter just in case. Great company for relining. Professional and they know their stuff. Daniel came out and was very professional. He has a great personality and can work with landlords, homeowner, or contractors. I've work in construction for close to 20 years and have dealt with a lot of contractors. Daniel is easy to work with and is passionate about his job. He likes to do things right. It MAY be a little more expensive, but it has the backing of a good company with a good product. Plumbing is one of those things that you don't want to cut corners on to save a little bit of money.

My sister referred me to Jetters N Drains because she had work completed by this company and she was very appreciative and satisfied with the work. Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. I had a major main line sewer blockage and back-up in my townhome. I contacted 2 plumbing companies through my home warranty with negative results. I contacted Jetters N Drains and the owner Daniel answered the phone. I explained my situation, and he sent a member of his team out on short notice. Felix arrived and allowed me time to explain in detail the issue. After briefing me on charge and diagnosis he immediately went to work. He discovered the blockage with the use of his camera system, found the main drain access that was an uncommon two-way drain shared with the HOA lines and cleared the blockage in short order. The blockage was not only in the main line but also in the washing machine line as well. Felix showed me the blockage and the cleared lines via his camera system. This allowed me to feel confident that the work was completed and that I should not have any future problem. He followed up via email with photos & video to my HOA with a written report and audio narration on the camera footage. He recommended a change out of the old cast iron connection to the main line. It was in bad order which was the source of the original problem. It is under review by my HOA. I was extremely satisfied with the professional work done by Felix and Jetters N Drains. This is a great company to work with. I called Jetters for a quote regarding water backing up from my washing machine. Danial came to assess with a camera in the most probable location which was where the washer drainage pipe likely connected under my sink. He said there was a lot of build up in the pipe. He gave me 2 options. Either descale it or hydrojet as likely water was hitting the narrow pipe and backing up. He came the next day to hydrojet but it didn't fix the problem. He ran the camera from the pipe by the washer and determined that there was a crack or breakage in that line. He gave me multiple options for repair. He did not charge me for the hydrojetting because it did not solve my problem. Nice to work with a honest company that values customer satisfaction. Would 100% recommend Jetters for any plumbing needs.

The galvanized pipe drain line that was in the slab was in terrible shape and didn't even look like a pipe anymore due to all the rust and corrosion. We just moved into a new home and quickly ran into a recurring issue with our drains getting clogged constantly. We had small quick fixes here and there but we knew we needed a professional and were referred to Daniel and his team, who are drown as the "drain guys." From the start, Daniel was super friendly, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain the issue, what was causing it, and how they planned to fix it. It was easy to book a visit and he and his team showed up punctual, respectful, and extremely professional. Small detail, but they even wore slippers over their socks (without asking!) when coming in and out, which we really appreciated. They diagnosed the issue efficiently and were in and out in no time. We'll definitely be working with them again soon to make some longer-term fixes to prevent future problems. Jetters and Drains came out when I had a main line sewer backup late at night. Diagnosed that I had a solid blockage in the line 150 feet out. The next day they came out and dug down 8 feet to find my line clogged solid with tree roots and then found more tree root further down the line. While we had the sewer line open I decided to have the whole clay sewer line lined with an epoxy sleeve so that I do not have future problems. The whole crew was so hardworking and professional. I had a good plumber before this but now I have a great plumber with Jetters and Drains.

I got MULTIPLE invoice emails for the work asking for $0 payment, so I was unable to pay my bill. The early next morning, I received a phone call from someone (not from anyone who came to work on my plumbing) demanding payment and insisting that I received an email to pay with and not really acknowledging the invoice mistakes. Jetter 'N' Drains installed a new drain line under our house slab using a horizontal drilling technique. Our 65-yr-old cast iron pipes were abandoned and the new line was placed without trenching and too much disruption to our home. We were hesitant about this process but Daniel Fanti, the owner, was able to explain every detail to us with such expertise that our concerns disappeared. I am not in anyway related or know this company until I had major problem with my main sewage blockage. The owner's name is Daniel, a very friendly and knowledgeable and honest in his profession. He took his time to explaining of my probem,but it was his price that I was sold. Most everybody that I called quoted very much simillar price, it ranged about 650.00-750.00, but his price was $ 450.00. I didn't need to call anywhere else after his price quote. Monday morning 2 workers showed up on time and with the pump trailer and they started the job immediatly to clear the main sewage line ,but they had to stop their work. Video showed broken pipe on the city road site section and that I have to deal with the city with this probem first. No charge in service call. Impressive!! Our house is elevated from the street sewer system by about 40 feet and set back by about 30 feet, so there was quite a long sewer line to replace. Since it was the original clay pipe from the early 1960s, I wasn’t surprised at all that it needed replacing. I had dreaded this because I thought it would require backhoe work on a very steep slope and damage to the concrete driveway. Not to mention a hotel stay.<br /> Thanks to new technology, it didn’t. I had a busted pipe and we had a different plumbing company fix the problem. They fixed the problem which was great but they recommended following for $6000. Pipe Coating Scope of work includes: -Perform a descale on the dual vanity drain line from the vertical point to the connection to the main sewer -Descale approximately 30ft of 2in cast iron pipe -Perform a hydro jetter service to flush out all debris from pipe -Prep drain pipe for coating -Perform an epoxy coating on the pipe to seal any cracks in the pipe that can potentially be leaking out into the surface. Spoke with other people and they suggested to get a second opinion. One of my friends recommended this company. I spoke with one of the owners Gonzalo. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He took a look at our plumbing and told us that the other plumbing company was trying to rip us off. Gonzalo said we didn't need pipe coating. He cleaned inside our pipe and visually showed us with his equipment it was clean and no blockage was seen. I'm so grateful that there are honest companies like this one. Will definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends.

I have used Jetters and Drains three times now over the past year, and each time has been a wonderful experience (if you can say that about plumbing problems). Daniel, the owner came out to address a long time drainage problem that I had contacted other plumbing companies about in the past. Daniel was incredibly professional, explained the many solutions and costs for each approach. His prices were fair, his service was outstanding. He checked with me each step of the way as he assessed the problem, showed me what he could see with his camera, offered solutions and never pushed, just explained and let me decide. We've had major issues with our main sewer drain pipe since we moved in a couple of years ago. I've had a couple other local plumbing outfits to work on our plumbing drain issues, both of which were overpriced and did mediocre work. Daniel came out to clean the drain, ran the camera (without having to ask), and used his finder tool to determine the exact locations and lengths of where the roots were in my pipes. We had a very large crack on the sewer line under the street due to heavy roots attacking the line. He was on time, easy to deal with, his quote was very reasonable. His team had pretty big job done right in two days. After they were done with pipe lining our sewer line he then showed us the new sewer sleeve which would prevent the roots from growing again. We were very impressed and After helping us with our sewer issues I had recommended them to my parents for a job, and they were happy too. Job well done!

He was very straight-forward and showed us our original cast pipe which had a lot of constriction from wear and tear over the years. Daniel then gave us a few different options at what we could do to resolve the issue we were having. We decided to go with the second option which was the descaling of the pipe followed by relining the pipe. During the whole process his team explained and walked us through every process during the work, allowed us to see how the lining process took place which I was really interested in to see in person. They Answered all my questions patiently and they were fair with pricing which was a big plus. By deciding to go with the trenchless pipe replacement option, no damage at all was caused to the inside of our home. I highly commend Daniel and his team for all their hard work and getting things done in a timely manner. They have some really awesome equipment btw! We had two clogged sinks and a clogged bathtub ...thinking we wouldn't find a reliable company to provide services almost before Christmas, Daniel stepped in and took the job. From the day before he visited us, he was very courteous and professional on the phone and squeezed us between jobs. He arrived within the promised time frame, which was very important to us, and assessed all issues. Then, he explained how 2/3 issues were nothing major and really the bathtub would be the main job...ugh! those darned hairs escaping down the drain seem to always be the usual culprit *sighs* He told us he could take care of these issues right away so we wouldn't have to reschedule, and so he brought the snake for the bathtub and took care of both sinks in the blink of an eye! Not only that, he was very honest explaining why he would only charge for the bathtub, as he considered the sinks were very minor issues (thankfully!). For instance, one sink drain stopper needed adjustment in order to be positioned properly so the water will flow with ease. It was a matter of going under the sink cabinet to correct the issue. We wouldn't mess with those pipes and connections due to a prior bad experience. It's that feeling that we would have probably messed up even more. We very much appreciated how careful he was while on the job and nothing was left messy or dirty. We know these type of jobs may leave messes behind, but some companies wouldn't care. This wasn't Daniel's case. He approached this job in a high professional manner. He really wanted to ensure we were satisfied with his services and oh boy! Yes, we are! Had a great experience with these guys. I had been having issues with my main sewer line backing up (past the front yard cleanout). They came out on time and their quote was fair for hydrojetting. We ran into a few issues during the hydrojetting, and ended up needing to replace a section of pipe due to a blow-out. They offered a very good price if I dug the line out myself, so I saved some by digging the line out. They fixed the break in the sewer the day before Thanksgiving and worked until 6-7pm to get the job done which was incredible helpful. We ended up getting our entire sewer lined (82ft) as it was heavily root intruded and I feel they were very reasonable. The end product was very good. Daniel knows his stuff. I'm happy that I shouldn't have any main line backups moving forward (this was a problem we had been dealing with...). They honestly went above and beyond in terms of service. I can't remember service like this from ANY contractor before. SUPER rare. They have won my business on drains moving forward.

As the owner of a 45+ year old house, I am experienced in hiring plumbers for all sorts of things over the years so I can definitely tell when a plumber is ripping me off or not. Felix and Daniel responded immediately when we requested an estimate to clear (descale) our kitchen/washroom pipes which had clogged several times over the years and perform a yearly maintenance hydro-jet on the main sewer line. They are extremely sincere, knowledgeable and helpful. After they ran their camera through every pipe in the house, they were able to give us a price per linear foot to perform each task, descaling, hydrojetting and in our case epoxy lining to repair our cracked cast iron pipes in our foundation. Their pricing is competitive at the least and their service is WAY more civil and personalized than we have ever received on past jobs. The process took about three days total as we had a lot of scale in the pipes but each day they cleaned up and left the place spotless! We hope to do the other side of the house sometime this year! We've dealt with many pluming companies over the 8 years we've owned the property and will be sticking with Jetters N Drains from here on out.

Secondly, for our particular appointment, their owner ended up filling in for their tech, as the tech had gotten stuck working another job and the owner didn't want to miss our appointment window. Thirdly, compared to other businesses quoting replacement costs for a water heater, Jetter's, quoted a much fairer price. Fourthly, after accessing the issue was nothing major, he kindly fixed the issue and said the service was on the house! It's hard to come across such honest and fair businesses these days, you can bet I will be calling this team for years to come. Other places were non-responsive and/or were trying to charge fees for them to even come access the situation. There is definitely a reason for their glowing reviews, can highly recommend!!!

Very professional work. The service was clean and quick with a very good and reasonable price. They had a friendly and open community. The two workers, Daniel and Felix, worked quickly and diligently to complete their task and fix my broken pipes.
