Cookie and tracking choices

Pending, no choice yet: no first-party page views or session data.
Reject nonessential: anonymous daily page counter only, limited to path and country bucket.
Analytics opt-in: first-party session telemetry and Vercel Analytics on the production site.
Other optional categories: additional categories may appear if we add new optional features. Those tools load only when you enable the matching category.

Information you submit through forms
When you submit our first-party contact, quote, inspection, or calculator forms, we store the fields you entered in our secure database, including:
- Contact and project fields you typed
- Form name / page location and timestamp
- If analytics was opted in at submit time: session UUID, IP address, approximate geo, referrer, and UTM parameters for attribution
- A snapshot of SMS consent checkbox text and whether you checked each box
We do not persist draft form content before Submit.
All contact and quote forms on this site are first-party — data is stored in our secure database, not a third-party CRM embed.

We record which boxes you checked and the exact wording shown. We do not sell your phone number for others' marketing.
Service providers and where data lives
- Supabase (US) — secure database, authentication, and file storage. Holds form submissions, analytics records when opted in, and consent preference logs.
- Vercel (US) — hosting, CDN, edge headers; country header for anonymous analytics; Vercel Analytics when you opt in to Analytics.
- Resend — transactional email notifications to staff about your form submission.
- CleanTalk — security and spam-prevention review of form submissions at submit time (not advertising tracking). Checks may include IP address and submission metadata when enabled.
Authorized Jetters N' Drains staff can access submissions through password-protected internal tools (multi-factor authentication required).
Security
TLS in transit; role-limited access; least-privilege staff permissions. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected individuals without undue delay if a breach involving personal information requires notice.
