Jetters N' Drains aims to make this website usable for as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We design and maintain public pages with semantic HTML landmarks, visible focus indicators, descriptive labels on interactive controls, and logical heading order.
Conformance target
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: new content, third-party embeds, and design updates can introduce barriers. We do not claim that every page meets every success criterion at all times.
Built-in tools
Use the floating “Personalize” control (bottom-left on desktop; grouped with other bottom tools on smaller screens) to adjust theme (light/dark), base text size, motion preference, contrast emphasis, and related display options. Choices are stored locally in your browser.
The fixed site utilities bar at the bottom of public pages provides quick links to legal pages, cookie choices, and theme toggle. Its disclaimer control exposes the full legal text in a dialog for easier reading.
Known limitations
Some embedded media, maps, or widgets from third parties may not fully match our baseline. Decorative photography on marketing sections may not convey additional information beyond adjacent headings. If a feature blocks your task, contact us and we will provide an alternative format where reasonable.
